How to Order a Free VAULT COVID Test

1.  Go to https://learn.vaulthealth.com/nm

2. Click on “order a test”.

3. Follow the instructions.

4. The test will be delivered to you by UPS usually within a couple of days.

5. When you get the test, go to the VAULT website where you ordered the test and sign in to your account.

6. Follow the instructions for taking a test.

7. You will be directed to a staff member who will walk you through the process.

8. DO NOT open your test or begin taking it until you have been directed to do so.

9. Once complete, drop the test off at any UPS pickup location within 24 hours of taking the test.

10. Your results will be emailed to you within a couple of days.

11. You can take a free test anytime you want to for any reason, whether you are vaccinated or not.

12. If you are a Cimarron Schools employee or student, please forward your results to your school nurse (if you are comfortable doing so) so we can include it in our surveillance testing numbers, even if you are fully vaccinated and not required to do so!

13. Once you send off your test, you can order another one.  It is always a good idea to have one on hand because you never know when you might get sick or want to take one.
