Request for Bid--Audit Services

The Cimarron Municipal School District is currently seeking bids for audit services for the 2023-2024 school/fiscal year. The District will entertain a three year proposal. The District does have a Charter School and may be required to have a Single Audit performed.
The bid is due to the District by May 5, 2023 at 4:00. Envelopes must be clearly marked “Audit Bid”. Bids will be opened May 8, 2023 at 10:00 am. The award will be announced at a Regular School Board Meeting on May 17, 2023 at 6:30 pm.
Preference will be given to firms with a minimum of five (5) years confirmed auditing experience of the New Mexico Public Schools as well as in-depth experience using Infinite Visions Software.
The Auditor must perform the audit according to the 2023 Audit Rule.
