Important Information from the School Nurse:
LAST CHANCE!!!! ANY SENIOR WHO IS STILL 18 AND NEEDS TO RECEIVE THEIR 2ND MENINGITIS VACCINE(MCV4) FOR COLLEGE. PLEASE SEE THE NURSE FOR A CONSENT FORM . This is most of our seniors . (copies of your immunization records are in your Senior Mail boxes and can be used to fill out vaccine information for college applications.SOPHMORES WHO HAVE TURNED 16 ARE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE THEIR 2ND MENINGITIS VACCINE (MCV4). See the nurse. Your first one was given when you were going into the 7th grade.
AS OF 2019-20 SCHOOL YEAR the MCV4 Meningitis vaccine along with the already required Tdap vaccine will be a required vaccine for all entering 7th grade student. You will not be allowed to begin school without the updates.
