MVHS Portable Building Bid Purchase
Cimarron Municipal Schools is soliciting bids for the following items:
Portable Building #1
Portable Building #2
Portable Building #3
Portable Building #4
Sealed bids must be placed for individual portable buildings.
All portable buildings are sold-as-is no warranty is expressed or implied. Sealed bids only will be accepted at the Cimarron Municipal Schools District Office at 125 N. Collison Ave., Cimarron, NM 87714 until 1:30 PM on July 1, 2015. Bids not present at that time will not be accepted. Portable buildings may be inspected at Moreno Valley High School, 56 Camino Grande, Angel Fire, NM. The winning bidder will have 5 working days to pay for and remove the portable building from district property. Portable buildings, skirting, and any other debris associated with that building must be moved out and/or cleaned up by close of business on July 7, 2015. The removal must be performed by a licensed contractor. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Payment must be made by cashier’s check or bank money order. We reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
